Returns

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email or contact form link] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us and we’ll help you arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as final sale items, custom orders, or perishable goods. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.
